Kruso Strengthens Its Position in Sweden Through the Acquisition of Webmind
Kruso continues its investment in the Swedish market and welcomes Webmind as part of Kruso. The acquisition strengthens Kruso’s technological capabilities and brings together two companies with a shared approach to technology, culture, and long-term client relationships.

Building on Strength
For Kruso, the acquisition is a natural next step in the company’s continued development as a technology consultancy. Webmind brings strong specialist expertise within areas such as Umbraco, .NET, integrations, and digital commerce, further strengthening Kruso’s ability to help clients build and develop complex, business-critical digital solutions.
At the same time, the acquisition is about more than technology. Kruso and Webmind have a great deal in common when it comes to culture, size, and the way they work closely with both clients and colleagues.
"Webmind is a strong addition to Kruso and an important step in the continued development of our Swedish business. We are building Kruso around deep technological expertise, strong local teams, and a culture where talented people can grow together. Webmind fits that ambition extremely well, both in terms of capabilities and culture. I’m very pleased to welcome Jens and the entire Webmind team to Kruso" says Lars Ørum Andersen, Group CEO & Partner.

A Natural Fit
Over the years, Webmind has built a strong foundation in web development and digital solutions, with particular expertise in Umbraco and Microsoft technologies. At the time of the acquisition, Webmind was one of only two Umbraco Platinum Partners in Sweden, reflecting its deep technical expertise and strong standing within the Swedish Umbraco ecosystem.
Together, Webmind and Kruso strengthen the combined team's ability to deliver ambitious, business-critical Umbraco solutions across Sweden, Denmark and the rest of Europe.
By becoming part of Kruso, Webmind gains access to a broader international network of specialists and new opportunities to develop its capabilities further. At the same time, Kruso adds valuable technological expertise and further strengthens its presence in the Swedish market.

Webmind feels like a very natural fit for Kruso. We share a strong technological foundation, but just as importantly, we recognise ourselves in their culture and way of working. Both companies place great value on expertise, curiosity, and close relationships with clients. With Webmind joining Kruso, we strengthen both the breadth and depth of our technological capabilities while growing in a way that feels right for us.

A Shared View on Technology and People
For Webmind, joining Kruso creates an opportunity to continue developing the expertise and culture the company has built over the years, now as part of a larger organisation with colleagues and capabilities across several European markets.
Webmind has always focused on long-term partnerships and on combining technological expertise with a strong understanding of its clients’ businesses. This approach is closely aligned with Kruso’s own philosophy: technology creates real value when it solves meaningful challenges for people and businesses.
Jens Josefsson, Founder, Webmind:
“As we got to know Kruso, it quickly became clear how much we have in common. There is a strong technological ambition, but also a culture where people, craftsmanship, and long-term relationships are at the centre. It is important to us that we can continue developing the identity and expertise we have built at Webmind, while gaining new colleagues, broader capabilities, and new opportunities as part of Kruso.”

Stronger Together
The acquisition is part of Kruso’s ambition to continue strengthening its technological depth and capabilities. In recent years, Kruso has developed its position as a technology consultancy, combining deep technical expertise with strategic advisory and a strong understanding of its clients’ businesses.
With Webmind becoming part of Kruso, that ambition is strengthened further. The goal is not to change what already works, but to build on the strengths of two organisations that share a similar mindset and culture.
For clients, this means access to a broader team and a wider range of specialist capabilities while maintaining the close relationships and local commitment they know today.
For employees, it means more colleagues to exchange knowledge with, new opportunities for professional development, and access to projects and expertise across Kruso’s European organisation.
