The relaunch is not a sudden impulse, but the natural culmination of a nearly three-year strategic transformation. With AI at its core, this journey has led the consultancy to double down on technological depth, data, innovation, creativity, and strong advisory capabilities.

Organizations today face growing complexity, rapid technological shifts, and increasing demands for alignment between strategy, data, insight, and structure in order to drive real change. In that reality, there is a need for a partner who can help make technology work in practice.

This is also why Kruso is sharpening its focus on the areas where technology, data, and business intersect most directly. The company is increasingly working with Data Science, CRM, marketing automation, and the development of business-critical systems – all with AI as an integrated part of the solutions.
According to Kruso, a significant share of future value lies precisely here. The market is full of new AI tools and agent-based solutions, but without proper control of data, security, compliance, governance, and a stable infrastructure, they rarely become enterprise-ready or scalable.

Deploying new AI tools is not the hard part. The hard part is making them valuable in practice. If the foundation is not in place, even the smartest agents will be difficult to embed and scale.

Results follow
Kruso’s strategic shift is also reflected in its commercial results. In 2025, Kruso A/S achieved 7% revenue growth, while profit more than doubled compared to the previous year, reaching 6.5%. Kruso Group, with offices in Denmark, Sweden, Germany, and the Netherlands, also reports profitable growth and a combined revenue close to DKK 95 million. For 2026, Kruso expects continued growth and is planning further expansion, either through organic growth or smaller acquisitions.
