A New Direction for Kruso Netherlands
Kruso Netherlands has appointed Marloes Naber as Chief Executive Officer. Naber, until now Director of Digital Transformation, takes the helm at a moment when the company is sharpening its direction: from an agency that builds digital platforms to a partner that turns digital and AI ambitions into real value inside its clients' organizations.
That choice is deliberate. Technology - and AI in particular - has become widely available in recent years. Building a platform is therefore no longer the part of the work that sets anyone apart. The difference lies elsewhere: whether an organization actually makes it work, in its processes, its governance, and the behavior of its people. That is where Kruso Netherlands will place its focus under Naber. Not delivering more, but making sure that what is delivered pays off.

Technology Is No Longer the Differentiator
Naber built the practice at Kruso that the company is now steering toward. As Director of Digital Transformation, she worked directly with clients and teams on connecting strategy, technology, and execution - the point where digital initiatives usually stall in practice. That experience is the reason for her appointment.
"In recent years, building has become the easy part," says Marloes Naber. "The difference is no longer in what you can build, but in whether an organization actually makes it work - in its processes, its governance, and the behavior of its people. That is where Kruso Netherlands is focusing. A transformation rarely fails on the technology. It fails on unclear ownership, a lack of alignment, and too little execution power. AI only accelerates that: without operational maturity, what you mainly accelerate is the chaos. Our job is the opposite."
