As a Kruso client since 2013, the collaboration has grown to include several innovative projects. Most recently, an AI-based search function was implemented as part of a new, future-proof website designed to make the vast amount of information more accessible to users.

As digital needs evolve, Billund Municipality faced a challenge. How could they ensure their citizens, from young parents to retirees, could easily find relevant information online and intuitively handle tasks 24/7? Together with Kruso, they decided to launch a new website featuring an AI-based search function from Raffle.ai, designed to optimize the user experience while improving the efficiency of municipal workflows.
