Over the past four years, we have partnered with Triumph Motorcycles as their global digital and technology consultancy. Together, we have been bringing Triumph’s digital vision to life by building one unified platform across brand, B2B and B2C commerce, and core business systems at global scale.

Modernising Legacy Code
A key part of the roadmap is the migration from legacy systems and data platforms into a modern, scalable, and connected digital ecosystem. At the same time, there is a strong focus on improving the user experience for both riders and Triumph’s global dealer network.
The platform is built on a modern composable architecture, with Commercetools as the commerce engine, Uniform as DXP, Akeneo as PIM, Cloudinary as DAM, and Dynamics for CRM, alongside AS400 and LN as ERP systems. All components are integrated into a cloud-based setup designed to support end users, dealers, partners, and internal stakeholders across the organisation.

A Dealers First Approach
A central principle is a dealer-first approach. With more than 900 dealers worldwide, Triumph is placing them at the heart of the strategy by building a complete end-to-end platform for trading, service, and communication. The platform supports core commerce processes such as order management, parts and accessories purchasing, and returns, while also covering warranties, technical documentation, bike registration workflows, and support services.

What’s Next?
Looking ahead, the vision is to make it possible for customers to configure and place a deposit for their Triumph motorcycle online via their preferred dealer, and purchase motorcycles from dealer stock. This will create a seamless multichannel buying experience supported by tools such as product comparison, AI-driven conversational shopping, advanced bike configuration, and personalised user journeys.
