Dieses Projekt wurde in enger Zusammenarbeit zwischen NIVI und Kruso realisiert, mit einem gemeinsamen Fokus auf die Vereinfachung der Komplexität von Nachhaltigkeit und Unternehmensleistung durch digitale Lösungen. Kruso leitete die Strategie, das Design und die Entwicklung und schuf eine skalierbare und benutzerfreundliche Plattform, die komplexe Daten in klare Einblicke und Entscheidungsunterstützung umwandelt. Die Lösung wurde mit einem Fokus auf Zugänglichkeit, Leistung und Flexibilität entwickelt und unterstützt NIVIs Ambition, Nachhaltigkeits- und Unternehmensdaten nützlicher, verständlicher und handlungsorientierter zu machen.

NIVI brings structure to the complex challenge of carbon reduction, equipping industries with top tier data analytics tools. Together with a broad spectrum of businesses, NIVI delivers pragmatic strategies rooted in rigorous science and engineering principles to the table. We designed a new digital platform with an updated CVI and brand guidelines that reflect who NIVI is and what they offer.

Problem-Solving Design Approach

NIVI faced a classic but critical challenge: they struggled to stand out in the market. Their existing website needed a clear identity and resembled many of their competitors’. Additionally, the user journey was unclear and gave an impression that did not reflect who NIVI really is.

We began the collaboration with a design workshop where we clarified NIVI's business goals and their users’ needs. Through user journey mapping, we identified specific gaps in the existing solution and discovered where we could create a more targeted and satisfying user experience.

A Clearer Digital Identity

We adjusted the digital design identity and information architecture that clearly communicates who NIVI is, what they offer, and why you should choose them. We put extra effort into the homepage, from which the user can easily navigate further. We developed dedicated product pages with sharp messaging, clear CTAs, and simplified language that explains what the product is and what it does. We also integrated cases and testimonials to enhance credibility and demonstrate how NIVI is already creating value for their clients.

New Identity in the Digital Universe

The visual identity also got a significant upgrade with a new UI and CVI. Through two design iterations focusing on tone of voice, visual hierarchy, and content presentation, we ensured that the right content is presented at the right time.

New images, animations, and hero modules bring the products to life, while the updated story and layout highlight NIVI's personality and professionalism.

Altogether, this has resulted in a new website that appears both modern and authentic, giving NIVI a stronger position in the market — not just visually, but also in how they communicate their services and values.
