The BIM Metaverse is a shared meeting and collaboration space built around the 3D BIM model.

Participants can join from any location using a PC, tablet, virtual reality headset, or augmented reality device. All users see the same model, interact in real time, and collaborate directly within the digital environment.

This makes it possible to discuss the real structure and its virtual model at the same time — without requiring all stakeholders to be physically on site.

Site photos can be linked directly to the model, BIM changes can be documented in context, and coordination tasks can be handled in one shared session.
