Kruso og Forbrugsforeningen går sammen for at revolutionere den digitale medlemsoplevelse
Kruso er stolte over at kunne annoncere vores nye partnership med Forbrugsforeningen, Danmarks ældste og største purchasing association. Sammen vil vi udvikle og optimere deres digital platforms for at give members en endnu bedre og mere seamless experience.

Founded in 1886, Forbrugsforeningen har omkring 4,000 partners, hvilket gør det muligt for deres members at optjene bonuses, når de handler hos en bred vifte af retailers, online stores og service providers. Nu tager foreningen endnu et skridt ind i fremtiden med en stærkere digital presence.
Som en del af collaboration vil vi udvikle Forbrugsforeningen’s digital platforms, herunder deres nye website, app og data infrastructure, alt sammen med målet om at skabe en meningsfuld og connected membership experience for members. Gennem intuitive og personalized solutions sikrer vi, at members nemt kan tilgå deres benefits, uanset hvilken platform de bruger.

Som en del af dette collaboration vil vi udvikle en ny website med login access for partners, members og organizations. Derudover vil vi bygge en React Native app, som giver members værdifulde insights i deres benefits, bonuses, transactions og meget mere. En ny digital infrastructure vil blive etableret, som giver members et klarere overblik over, hvor de kan optjene bonuses. Platformen er designet med et stærkt fokus på personalized experiences, drevet af en ny data structure managed gennem en Customer Data Platform (CDP) og en ny marketing automation setup. Derudover vil vi bygge en secure og compliant membership database med fokus på data protection og regulatory compliance.
